Christmas lights, Christmas trees, Christmas Eve and... Santas!
Christmas is approaching fast. Like every year, in 2019, the city of Gdansk has prepared a lot of attractions for citizens and visitors alike, including Christmas Eve meetings, Christmas trees in several districts and truly magical illuminations.
A great choice of entertainment for people who like fast and loud one-track vehicles! On 1st December, a colourful Santa Claus motorbike parade will take over the city streets. It is due to depart at 11:00 am from the Energa Gdansk Stadium.
Parade route: Pokolen Lechii Gdansk street - Żaglowa street - Marynarki Polskiej street - Jana z Kolna street - Waly Piastowskie street - Grunwaldzka Avenue.
An attraction that not just children, but everyone, is eagerly awaiting.
Gdansk will soon be decorated with thousands of colourful lights, baubles, LED icicles hanging from tree branches in parks and squares, light stars, twigs and snowflakes mounted on lanterns and traction poles. Brightly-illuminated plazas, squares and parks will bring the wonderful Christmas spirit to the city. And all of this can be seen from 1st December until 2nd February.
