This is undoubtedly one of the main tourist attractions in Gdansk. The ZOO is a great place for an excursion with kids or a romantic stroll. It takes a space of 136 hectares and is located on the border of Tricity Vista Park. Animals from all continents can be found in the ZOO. Some of them can’t be met in their natural habitat any more. Only here will you meet Bongo Antelope, Arabian Oryx, dwarf hippopotamus or scavenging Great Condor.
All together, over 190 species can be found, what makes the total number of animals exceed 1.000!
