Dedicated to industry professionals who plan, influence and manage meetings, incentives and conferences, CONVENE’s Hosted Buyer programme offers numerous exclusive benefits.

In addition to complimentary travel to Vilnius and accommodation at a CONVENE partner hotel, Hosted Buyers are invited to join a number of invite-only networking events and can register for a post-CONVENE familiarisation tour within the region. Hosted Buyers are also given personalised appointment diaries to pre-schedule one-on-one meetings with choice Exhibitors, and can make use of the exclusive Hosted Buyer’s lounge at the exhibition venue, as well as complimentary lunch and refreshments throughout CONVENE.
