Today we reccommend a refreshing salad by Hotel Mercure Gdansk Posejdon recipe.

Ingredients (10 portions)

  • Goat ripening Cheese 1 kg
  • Thyme 10 g
  • Oil of olives 50 ml
  • Iceberg lettuce 400 g (including 200 g for decoration) 
  • Lolo Rosso 350 g
  • Rucola 50 g
  • Vinaigrette lemon sauce 300 g
  • Sweet potato crisps 100 g
  • Sweet potato 900 g
  • Oil
  • Grenade seeds 330 g
  • Ready seeds 
  • Pea sprouts 20 g
  • Root baguette – 2 pcs 
  • Walnut 100 g
  • Garlic oil
  • Dukkah 40 g
  • chives

Preparation

A slice of goat cheese (1-1,2 cm thick) should be baked (till ruddy) with oil of olives and thyme. Put a lettuce mixed with sauces on the plate, add grinded goat cheese and walnuts. Place toasts and garnish with dill, grenade and Dukkah and decorate with sweet potato crisps

Sweet potato crisps:
Fry at 120 degrees till ruddy (for about 2-3 min). Drain on paper and put to dry under heating lamps, till crispy.
