TRUE is a restaurant combining two completely different but equally tasty products on one plate - rare steaks and refreshing seafood. Below we presenst  one of the ways for tasty shrimps.


  • Argentine Shrimps 5 pcs
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Chillies 1g
  • 80g butter
  • 20ml oil
  • Brandy 40ml
  • Lemon 1 pc
  • Romaine lettuce 1pc
  • Parsley seed 50g
  • Salt, pepper to taste


Shrimp should be cleaned, check their quality and freshness. Pour the oil into the hot pan, then throw in the shrimp, keep them on each side for 2 minutes, add the garlic chopped into flakes, chillies diced, water the brandy. (The pan should be very hot at this time. to make the effect of flambéing). Season with salt and freshly ground pepper, add butter, reduce power under the pan, butter begins to emulsify, a wonderful sauce arises, finally we cover with chopped parsley and put on a plate.
