Brownie Recipe

Simple yet delicious dessert that will satisfy even a demanding sweet tooth. God luck and enjoy!


  • Flour 200g
  • Sugar 1kg
  • Cocoa 150g
  • Butter (melted) 200g
  • Eggs 7pcs


Preheat oven to 149°C. Place the chocolate, sugar and butter into a double boiler and allow to melt, stirring constantly. Completely melt and blend all ingredients together. Hold until ready to use. Place the eggs into a bowl and, using a rubber spatula to stir, mix together until eggs are well blended. Sift the flour and cocoa together, add the melted chocolate mixture, making sure to add only a little at a time so not to cook the eggs. Fold in the flour and cocoa mixture making sure not to over work. Spray Pan Release heavily all over a 1/2 sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Pour batter into pan and level gently with spatula. Place brownie into preheated oven for 45 minutes and check for doneness by sticking a toothpick into center. The pick should come out moist but not wet – brownie should be gooey inside. Tastes best with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, nuts and chocolate sauce. Perfect for two!
