4 yolks (ca. 90g)
Melt the chocolate with butter, add sugar and stir well until the sugar dissolves. Add the eggs and flour and stir until smooth. Brush the cupcake moulds with melted butter, sprinkle with cocoa powder and pour in the fondant batter. Bake for 13 minutes at 180°C (360°F).
