Cinnamon and honey cheesecake

Cała Naprzód Restaurant presents a recipe for an exceptional cheesecake - delicate, light with a hint of honey and cinnamon.
Base
- 250 g biscuits
- 100 g melted butter
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Cheese filling
- 0.5 l 36% whipping cream
- 0.5 l mascarpone cheese
- 6 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 4 teaspoon gelatine dissolved in 1/4 cup of hot water
Preaparation
- Crush the biscuits and combine them with the butter and the cinnamon. Press the biscuits into the bottom of a pan
- Whip the cream until stiff, add the cheese (spoon by spoon) and continue mixing. Add the honey, cinnamon and cooled gelatine, pour the filling over the biscuits, refrigerate and sprinkle with cinnamon
