Tasty and traditional - that is lamb shank according to Chef Wojceich Wirkus of Gdańska Restaurant.
- lamb shanks (according to number of consumers)
- olive oil
- fresh mint
To fresh and washed shanks we add salt, pepper, marjoram, juniper, cinnamon and garlic due to our liking. After seasoning the meat should be put in a bowl and mixed with olive oil and fresh mint. Then the meat should be stored in a refrigerator for 24 hours. After that we roast it in 180˚ C for about 2,5 hours.
