Red Chinese Cabbage Cream
Our recommendation - red cabbage cream. This simple, fast and very tasty dish is offered by the chef of the Filharmonia restaurant, Mikołaj Gilecki.
Ingredients (2 portions/2 people)
- 1 medium-sized red Chinese cabbage
- 1 teaspoonful of clarified butter
- 3 medium-sized white onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- A teaspoonful of sour cream to taste
- salt/pepper to taste
- A bay leaf
- 500 ml of water
Sauté the onion and garlic on clarified butter. Add chopped cabbage and water and season to taste. After that, blend everything until a creamy consistency is obtained. Season with sour cream. Preparation time: ca. 30 minutes.
