Today we recommend a recipe for an excellent shrimp by the chef of the Dwor Oliwski hotel.
- romaine lettuce
- snap peas
- young, marinated garlic
- basil crunch
- cherry tomato
- rosehip flowers
We cut the shrimp lengthwise and fry them in olive oil with garlic and pepper, adding chardonnay, reducing, then seasoning with salt and pepper. We finish the dish with a bit of butter.
We serve the shrimp on slices of fresh pineapple and romaine lettuce, together with the other ingredients.
