Interactive visiting of Gdańsk.
Gdańsk is a city with many secrets. With VisitGdansk Quests application, you can get to know it better and solve interactive riddles in museums and cultural institutions. The game will allow you to see more in even more interesting way.
To play the game, download the application. The game takes place in Gdańsk museums and cultural institutions - remember to plug in headphones so as not to interrupt other visitors. Remember not to touch the exhibits. Don’t hurry! In the application, the time in which the game is completed doesn’t matter and it doesn’t affect your score.
Following Plenty. House mark hidden in the City Hall
The riddle you are about to solve is not a child’s play. It’s a challenge. To deal with it, you need to solve the mystery of the exhibit hidden during World War II – a precious French clock.
It’s 1944...
The evacuation of Gdańsk works of art, which began 2 years earlier, continues. The last exhibits are taken away from the city, accompanied by sirens announcing the next bomb attack...the treasures survived the bombing but after the war, some of them couldn’t be found. Now you are standing before the chance of discovering them after over 25 years!
It’s 1970
Not all hidden exhibits were found. One of them is the aforementioned French clock which disappeared in one of the Pomeranian villages. Ludwig Plenty – a prominent traveller and a treasure hunter becomes involved in order to help. The problem is, that shortly after the beginning of search, Plenty disappears. As it quickly turns out, there are many more willing to find the treasure, than one could imagine...
This is where you step into action.
It’s 2 April 1970. In a moment, in the Main City Hall a huge and important event will take place. This is the beginning of your adventure.
Listen what the heroes of the riddle have to say. Discover hidden symbols and break codes. Avoid suspicious police. And, above all, be careful! Not everybody is what they seem...
Who was Ludwig Plenty?
Ludwig Plenty (19.05.1905 – ?) was the prominent Polish traveller and the treasure hunter. His fate was full of adventures and turn of events. As the student of the nautical school in Tczew, he sailed out on board of the Lwów ship on a voyage to Brazil. Then, he escaped the ship and joined the group of treasure hunters. For a few years he travelled through South America. In Peru, he discovered the treasure worth a fortune. In 1945, he came to Gdańsk. Due to the numerous international connections and the alleged actions against the system in times of Polish People’s Republic, virtually all of his traces were covered up. 30 November 1969, he mysteriously disappeared.
The lovers of Plenty’s story are trying to trace further fate of the traveller to this day. In 2014, two lovers of travelling and history of Gdańsk followed his lead. Ever since that time, they are trying to bring back a well-deserved place in history to Plenty.

Download the “VisitGdansk Quests” application, buy the entry ticket to the Main City Hall, collect the starter pack and start the game.
With the Tourist Card you play for free!
Go to the one of Tourist Information points and buy the Tourist Card with the Sightseeing or Family&Fun Package which guarantees you the free entry to the Main City Hall.
Within walking distance of the Main City Hall (170 m), there is the Gdańsk Tourist Information Centre in which you can collect the starter pack and ask the employees for help.
