Beach route

Beach route: Gdańsk - Sopot-Gdynia, approx. 10 km.
Just like the seaside route, the beach route starts in Brzeźno and runs through Sopot. We run between the sea and parks. The difference is that this route continues - all the way to Gdynia. It is worth noting that after crossing the border of Gdynia, we have to move away from the beach for a while because of the Orłowski cliff. A route for everyone. If we decide to run along the beach, it can be more physically demanding.

Route by the Motława River

Route by the Motława River: the loop is approx. 2.5 km long.
This is by far the most "historical" route. It runs along the bastions surrounding Gdańsk from the south. These places are very picturesque, the more so that all the time during the run we are accompanied by the flow around the Motława River, which used to play a defensive role, and is now a place of life for many species of animals and plants. A route for everyone.

The beginning of the path is located on the main beach, next to the lifeguards booth. A route for everyone.
