The Tastes od Gdansk project is more than just food - it’s an invitation to discover the city through its historic flavours and aromas. During this year’s St. Dominic’s Fair, local cuisine will once again take centre stage as one of the season’s most exciting culinary attractions.
Visit the Tastes of Gdansk container no. 927, located at the corner of Grobla II and Szeroka Street. This is where you’ll find dishes inspired by 19th-century Gdansk recipes, served with a modern twist!
What can you try? The menu includes:
- Crayfish soup made with a rich, flavourful broth
- Bun with Kashubian pork ham
- Bun with Baltic herring
- Kashubian-style beef served with bread
- Pineapple and elderflower lemonade
- Passion fruit lemonade
Throughout the Fair, the dishes will be prepared daily by the team from Panorama Restaurant, renowned for its creative approach to cuisine and exceptional attention to quality.
