Beetroot Tartare

Want to learn an original way to prepare beetroots? That’s just one of many ideas by Grono di Rucola restaurant Chef.
Ingredients:
- 2-3 beetroots
- „tosazu” sauce
- oil of olives
- anchois
- red onion
- garlic clove
- parsley leaves
- salt and pepper (for taste)
- horse radish
Preparation:
Cut the beetroots into small cubes, cook for 5-7 minutes, drawl, sprinkle with oil, tosazu, add anchois and garlic with well-cut parsley leaves. Mix all ingredients, add salt and pepper.
Serve with grated horse radish.
